Soccer Steps is delighted to offer a Premier Camp this summer. Fantastic opportunity for local players to work with experienced coaches who have track record in Academy football in England. The coaches are also experienced sports scientists. The camp staff will include Premier League winner Dr Niall Clark who has worked at Manchester City FC, West Ham FC, Charlton FC and Crystal Palace FC. Jim Lowther from Soccer Steps has worked at three Premier League Academies as a coach and sports scientist. The camp syllabus will include; presentation on sport psychology *presentation on nutrition for football *speed and agility work * 1 v 1 moves *Passing and receiving skills *Crossing *Shooting *Individual and small group defending skills *Group play: putting it all together with combination play, small group defence and fast break attack. *Small sided games The coaching staff have a wide variety of experiences from education, elite and grassroots football that will support your child's development as a person and player. All players will receive a Certificate of Attendance and an Uhlsport football.
